How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to give every enquiry a first response within one business day. That reply will usually name the right division and suggest a next step or a call.
Do you give quotes over email?
For well-defined work, yes. For anything more involved we prefer a short call first so the estimate actually reflects the job — it saves a lot of back-and-forth.
Can you handle a project that spans divisions?
That's the point of the group. A single brief can pull in print, translation and technology, planned together, with one point of contact and one schedule.
Is there a minimum project size?
No fixed minimum. We take on small, well-scoped jobs as readily as large programmes — the standard of work is the same either way.
What information should I include?
A sentence on the outcome you need, a rough timeline, and anything already decided (formats, languages, platforms). Links or examples help too.
